I noticed that in all my posts lately I have talked about the weather whether it was cold or warm. Now we are in California for a visit so I can't complain. It is so nice and green!!! All the tress have leaves and flowers are everywhere. The first day we were here I got a light sun burn, it was nice, it you know what I mean. We spent the last weekend in Sacramento at Jared's father's home. 
RJ wanted hot dogs for lunch and Grandpa suggested that they build a fire in the pit and roast them. So we did. The kids collected all the kindling for the fire.
Daddy is getting a fire going and Savannah is trying to blow it out.
RJ is intenlty watching this fire biuldling process. You can see he is taking notes for his future fire building days.
And we got a fire!!

Grandpa had this power wheel motorcycle for RJ to ride. He loved it. He raced around the yard all afternoon.

The newest addition to our family. Luz Wight, Josh's new bride. She is from Argentina and the two of them surprised us with a quick wedding in Reno the day her Visa exspired :) Needless to say they look really cute together and they were definity newly weds, she only had eyes for him. We enjoyed meeting her and wish the two of them the best.
RJ loved riding around Grandpa's house in thise little car and Savannah loved pushing him around. It was perfect.

Not sure what this place was called. RJ thought it was cool when he saw it "A castle! I have never been in a really castle beofre!" Unfornuatly he still hasn't been in a "real" castle. We spent the afternnon playing miniature golf and arcade games. It was fun.
This is the way you get the ball in the hole!
Sunday night we went to Jeramy and Lisa's for a BBQ. It was fun to spend the evening with them. They will be moving to Bosie shortly and we will enjoy having them a little closer.
Sally and their dog Pearl had a blast playing together. Grandpa's dog kept the two pups in line.

Look at you guys all wearing sandals! I can't wait for warmer weather! The kids are so cute!
Looks like so much fun!! The weather is CRAZY that's why we always talk about it. I would love a sunny weekend in CA.
