Thomas S. Monson has been called by the Lord to be the next Prophet.
He is now the 16th President of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and has called Henry B. Eyring as his First Counselor and Dieter F. Uchtdorf as his Second Counselor.
It is said that the prophet during your teenage years is the one you most cherish and love. This is true, Jared and I both loved Pres. Hinckley. We never met him personally but we viewed him as a Grandparent. We loved his counsel and felt his spirit. He was truly the Lord's servant. President Monson has worked side by side with President Hinckley for many, many years. He is a great man and we will sustain him as the next prophet of God and leader of the church.
