It has been snowing off and on for the past two weeks. Many roads have been closed due to snow and ice, so we of course didn't get out much. At least the kids have each other to entertain themselves.
Here RJ is doing his "homework" He is always asking for homework to do. I usually print of a preschool page to help learn a new letter or to match some kind of item. Our printer was out of ink, so he and Savannah colored instead for his "homework."
Grandma Sammie called Thursday night. She got the Photoshop Elements program and is learning how to use it. I am so excited to have someone else to digital Scrap with. It is fun to share hobbies with someone else.
RJ had gone to bed, but Savannah was still up. She is usually better at going to bed than RJ but that night we just couldn't get her to go to sleep. She must have been anticipating Grandma's call. Savannah enjoyed talking on the phone with Grandma, she was so serious and very intent in listening.
RJ really wanted to make doughnuts. I don't know where he got the idea cause we had never made them before. I checked out the recipe and we had everything but yeast. So we put it off until Saturday. (I go shopping every Friday, pay day). I am glad we decided to wait till Saturday because it was an all day project.
Savannah had a blast helping. RJ helped for a little bit but he was coughing so much I made him go lay down on the couch to get away from the food.
He has come down with a pretty bad cold and has been complaining of an upset stomach. We are hoping it will go away soon.
Mmmm, don't those look good. We went to our neighbors for dinner and brought them along to have for dessert.

Yum! Looks like fun! I'm hoping that I can get into the digital scrapbooking after this term is over. Eva has that same long sleeve shirt Savannah is wearing! Small world.
