New Tautphas Park Play Set

Last week I took the kids to the new Tautphas Park playground. I had heard about it and we finally decided to go check it out. It is behind Fun Land and it is great. RJ thought it was the coolest thing. He wanted to show Daddy it so bad. So Monday, before Jared's flight out to Europe, we went to the park to kill some time. If you make a trip to the zoo, you need to take your kids over here to play. There is a lot of fun things to do on this play set.

Savannah loved this spinning chair. She wanted to spin over and over again. It was really sick looking and she got so dizzy!


After the park we went to Fun Land and the kids rode a few rides and played mini golf. Then it was off to the airport to say good bye to Daddy for four weeks. Savannah asks for him every morning and looks for him a night. RJ got to talk to Daddy on Skype the other day, he was so excited but poor Savannah was taking a nap at the time. Maybe we can get the time to work out better today. The kids are looking forward to Grandma's visit and I am looking forward to my trip to Europe. I am very thankful to have this wonderful break within these long four weeks.
